flooding: kick users

I have downloaded PnP and love it, best script that I tried by far.

Problem when entering channel it Automatically kicks a bunch of users for flooding 10 lines in 10 seconds.

Is this a PnP setting or a server setting? How do I fix this please otherwise I will not be able to use.

Yes, that is the default PNP setting. You should edit the default settings and either increase or disable it.

Now, I haven't used it since january 28, 2008 as I no longer run Windows, but I believe /protedit is the command you're looking for.
